How do I verify myself?

Follow these steps to start your verification process:

  1. Go to your account page.

  2. Click Unlock Next Account Level

  3. You will land on the Account level page

  4. Click Verify Your Account

  5. Follow the instructions to verify yourself!

There are 4 simple steps to verify your identity.

Personal data

Provide full name, Date of Birth, and Nationality.

ID verification

Submit a copy of your ID for verification. Possible accepted documents: Passport, Driver's license, ID card, and Residence Permit.

Address verification

Submit a copy of your address proof. The document must contain your name and full address.

Liveness check

Capture a 3D FaceMap of your face to verify that you are physically present.

Once you have completed all the above steps, it will take around 10 minutes for our Compliance team to verify your submitted information. Please contact customer support if you're facing any issues.
